It is imperative that our coffee growing region produces the highest grade of specialty coffee to compete in the marketplace. To achieve this, quality is required at every step of the process, beginning with the plant material. This one and a half-day course will be covering the best practices of establishing a healthy coffee orchard in our California climate. The course will be taught by four members of the Frinj team.

This course is built to support our currently contracted Frinj Farms but is open to new farmers interested in starting their own coffee operation in Southern California.
