Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted coffee, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders unless the product arrives damaged or defective. All coffee is roasted to order to ensure peak freshness and quality.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will replace the damaged items or issue a full refund at our discretion. To process a return or for quality concerns about undamaged products, please contact us at hello@frinjcoffee.com and we'll work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
