Brewing instructions:

Water temp: 10–20 seconds off the boil — 200–205°F

Place the brew bag in your cup and pour 8oz of water over it. Gently dip the bag for the first minute, then let it rest. Steep for 4–5 minutes total. Longer steep times deepen the flavor.
