GROWN IN CALIFORNIA

Rancho Delfino brings California coffee pedigree to the foothills outside Carpinteria, a coastal town in Santa Barbara County. This farm's Geisha earned competition credentials in 2023 when Onyx Coffee's Elika Liftee used a blend of Rancho Delfino and Condor Ridge Ranch Geisha to compete in the US Brewer's Cup.

This year's harvest showcases that same dynamic terroir with refined processing protocols developed over recent vintages. The result is a classic California Geisha expression: effervescent tangerine acidity, bright white florality in the finish, and a sweetness that lingers long after the last sip. This coffee demonstrates the quality California is capable of producing.

Geisha, collected from Ethiopia's Gori-Gesha forest in the 1930s, became world famous when it broke price records at the Best of Panama auction in 2004. Today it remains one of the most sought-after coffee varietals thanks to its exotic aromatics and refined cup character—both on full display in this California expression.
