This California Geisha comes from Condor Ridge Ranch in Goleta, CA. Owned by the Ruskey family, it is the oldest coffee farm in the state and consistently produces some of our most exceptional lots. Case in point is this washed Geisha, which earned an impressive 90 points during an internal blind tasting. It stood out for its balance, clarity, and elegant finish.

It’s a beautiful example of what California coffee can be when varietal, terroir, and processing all come together.

The coffee was picked at peak ripeness, floated to remove imperfections, and carefully de-pulped. It then fermented in open air for 72 hours before being fully washed and dried for two weeks: first outside on raised beds, then indoors in a climate-controlled space to lock in its character and sweetness.
