The 2025 edition of our California Catuaí offering blends washed and naturally processed lots from farms in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. We’ve selected these lots for their sweetness and approachability—it’s a big, bold coffee with rich chocolate and walnut brownie notes.

Catuaí originated in Brazil, where it was developed in the 1940s as a cross between the Mundo Novo and Caturra varieties. Today, it is widely grown across the Americas for its climate resilience and sweet, approachable cup quality.

This is unroasted green coffee. Perfect for home roasters and small cafes who are interested in sampling California’s terroir.
