Condor Ridge Ranch – California GeishaYeast Washed - Goleta, CA

Condor Ridge Ranch is the closest thing California has to a Grand Cru designation. Set in the mist-softened foothills above the rugged Gaviota coast, it is the family farm of FRINJ CEO Jay Ruskey and the birthplace of California coffee.

Mature trees, meticulous stewardship, and forward-thinking organic practices converge here to produce coffees of rare distinction, including this California Geisha, one of the most compelling expressions of our 2025 harvest. This lot underwent a washed process with an added yeast inoculation step to more precisely guide fermentation and preserve clarity of flavor.

In the cup, it is delicate yet intricate, opening with a classically floral jasmine perfume before unfolding into ripe stone fruit juiciness reminiscent of nectarine, apricot, and plum.
